A trusting and cooperative relationship with our customers, suppliers and employees is a central component of our corporate culture. Our ALAS Klöch GmbH offers a whistleblower system that provides a safe and trustworthy way to report indications of violations of laws and internal regulations on the part of our company or our employees.

Who is entitled to report?

Both employees and external parties (customers, suppliers, business partners, etc.) have the opportunity to submit tips via our reporting channel.

Possible topics for reporting include:

Reporting procedure:

Tips received are recorded and processed by our Whistleblower Officer. Information is only made available to those persons who need it to investigate the whistleblower. Unless there are legal requirements to the contrary, the identity of the whistleblower and the person concerned will be kept confidential.

After three months at the latest, you will receive feedback on whether and what measures have been taken as a result of the tip-off or for what reasons the tip-off was not followed up. Please note that deliberately false reports may result in legal consequences depending on their nature and scope.
